Since 2005, Providential Solutions LLC, doing business as Providential Healthcare, has been providing quality, compassionate, nursing and assisted living services to clients in the Baltimore area and entire state of Maryland.
We service a geriatric clientele who, as defined and determined by COMAR 10.07.05 (RESIDENTIAL SERVICE AGENCIES), are unable to perform personal care for themselves "because of advanced age, infirmity or physical or mental limitation."
Clients come on referral by the Maryland Medicaid Waiver Program, Private Insurances and on personal contract.
