Welcome to Providential Healthcare's website, an online information service provided by Providential Solutions LLC. At Providential Healthcare, we are very concerned about protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our commitments to you concerning Providential Healthcare's use of any personal information that we receive through this website.

In the Protected Health Information (PHI) section, this policy also details how we use private information with regards to the patients we care for.

In general, we do not gather or store or track any personally identifying information about you when you visit our site. This holds true for the majority of visitors to our website. The only information we store and process are the information you supply to us in our online Employment application forms, and also the contact forms on our Contact page. These information are only used to process the employment application process or to address any enquiries sent via our contact page.

Below, we have provided more detail about the information we track and how we use it. While we may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, we will always abide by the terms of the Privacy Policy in place when we collected your information. Please note, if we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will provide you with notice concerning the changes either on this page or through some other reasonable method.


What Information We Collect

For technical purposes, we may sometimes log IP addresses, browser types, referring sites and page hits but we do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.

For our online Employment Application process we request personally identifying information such as names, email addresses, social security details and the requisite professional certification and accreditation details. These information are required by us to ascertain that we can legally hire you and also that you possess the required skills set and qualifications to work in the required capacity. By law we are required to verify this.

When you contact us through the form on our contact page, we only collect your email address and name. This we use to properly address your enquiries or requests supplied via the site.

How We Secure Your Information

Providential Healthcare takes appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data provided to us with due observance of the applicable obligations and exceptions under the relevant legislation. Your personal information can only be accessed by authorized employees of Providential Healthcare that need to have access to this data in order to be able to fulfill their given duties.

All information transmitted to us online are secured by 256 bit encryption (the highest level) SSL certificates that encrypts your confidential information securely over an encrypted internet connection. Whenever sending your data over our network, do ensure you see the "https://" prefix in the browser address bar, to be assured your data is being sent safely. Furthermore, we do not store any of your information online.

Information We Share With Third Parties

Providential Healthcare does not share, sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. All the information we collect through our website is solely for the purpose of addressing your comments and enquiries when you contact us online, or processing employment of the staff we recruit online. However, we may disclose personal information about you if we are required to do so by law or if we believe we need to disclose that information in order to enforce our Terms of Service or otherwise protect our rights.

How Long we keep Information We Collect

We do not routinely store any information we collect indefinitely. For the purpose of recruiting staff, we do not store any personally identifying information about you for more than 90 days, or as long as the recruitment process is ongoing. Any information we are not able to process in that time frame is safely destroyed. If we are not able to offer you employment we destroy your information immediately.

For information supplied to us through our contact form, we store it only as long as required to address your enquiries or comments.
